Salary: Up to £41,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm
Reporting to the Built Estate Manager, the Delivery Manager will be based on a static site and support the Built Estate Manager to meet all the deliverables of the contract.
This is an exciting and varied role that will see you manage planned and reactive maintenance as well as Billable Works across the site.
A large aspect of this role will include project managing small projects, managing a team of sub-contractors, conducting assurance checks and ensuring that KPIs are met.
You will produce Rough Orders of Cost, manage assets, take responsibility for meeting business objectives, and take part in an out of hours rota to take calls and direct resource in emergencies.
What You Need To Do The Job:
- First and foremost, you should have experience of supervising or managing planned and reactive maintenance teams within a Hard FM environment, with excellent IT skills and the ability to manage projects.
- This role is office based so you must be computer literate to be considered.
- If you do not have direct experience of managing small projects, they can support you in this, so it is not essential.
- It would be beneficial if you have HND/HNC in a suitable Building or M&E discipline, however, they will accept applications from candidates that are 'qualified by experience'.
- You must hold a full UK driving licence, and be able to pass SC Clearance.
