Oakleaf have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at our mental health hospital based in Anwick.

Magna House is an 29-bed hospital in Lincolnshire, providing care and treatment to people who are experiencing mental health issues.

This is an excellent, opportunity for a Full time, 40 hour (Mon - Fri), receptionist.

Main function of the job: -

Full reception duties throughout your shift along with some ad-hoc admin.

Main duties of the role: -

1. Taking and making calls

2. To sort and distribute mail accordingly throughout the service.

3. To arrange meetings and travel arrangements as and when required.

4. To share responsibility for providing support within the remit of the administrative support team under the direction of the Registered Manager.

5. To plan, organise and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.

6. Maintain an awareness of the Health and Safety requirements.

7. Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times

8. Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Personal Specification: -

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Advanced internet use skills
  • Previous experience required
  • Knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults is an advantage
