Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of residential care for children. The company is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join their team. As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.



Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support and care to children and young people with complex needs
  • Working as part of a team to ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Supporting children and young people with education and recreational activities
  • Building positive relationships with children, young people, and their families


Requirements

  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2/3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent. However, the company is willing to consider candidates who are willing to work towards this qualification.
