As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping children reach their full potential in a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support, ensuring pupils stay engaged and confident.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, adapting activities to meet different learning needs.
• Supporting students with additional needs, offering tailored guidance and encouragement.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Helping with classroom organisation, preparation, and general teaching support.

• Experience working with children, ideally in a school or childcare setting.
• A passion for helping young learners grow and succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting children of all abilities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
