Administration Assitant
Location: Slinford, Horsham
Salary : 28k-32k plus Excellent Benefits including Pension, life insurance, health schemes to include optical/dental, income protection, 25 days annual holiday
Hours: Mon -Thurs 9.00am -5.00pm *** Friday 9am-2.00pm ***
35 hour working week
The role:
- Working closely with purchasing and sales team
- Assisting the sales manager and production controller
- Professionally handle incoming enquiries via telephone, email and the web.
- Placing of purchase orders
- Chasing deliveries
- Support production team, documentation updates
- Answers customer queries about existing orders
- Resolving customer complaints
- Expediting orders to meet monthly invoicing targets
- Working with Epicor
- Sending dated order acknowledgements to customers for their orders
- Following up and communicating information on call off orders
- Checking orders to see if stock has arrived and then releasing for stores to despatch
- Sending & receiving emails on a daily basis
- Cover for other areas in the department for holiday/sick
- Speaking to customers on a daily basis
- Ensuring customer records are kept up to date

- High work rate to deal with large amounts of customer emails and telephone calls
- Experience of customer services or internal sales would be highly desirable
