We are excited to welcome vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Cook who will also undertake kitchen porter duties.


This is a full time position start time at 5.30am to 6am as required including weekends.



Your Exciting Duties Include:

  • Cooking and preparing breakfast items and setting up and replenishing the buffet.
  • Greeting guests warmly as they enter the breakfast area.
  • Ensuring all breakfast the buffet is well-presented, and replenished promptly to meet guest demand.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and restaurant, including food stations, cooking utensils, dining tables, and serving areas.
  • Cleaning kitchen equipment, such as grills and ovens, to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Carry out dishwashing and other cleaning tasks as needed after breakfast service.
  • Placing food orders to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients for breakfast service.



What We Expect:

  • Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare breakfast items efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures including Food Safety 2 qualifications.
  • Experience with placing food orders and managing inventory preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
