You'll guide them through apprenticeship standards, providing the support, encouragement, and motivation they need to achieve career-defining qualifications. Plus, you'll help them build essential transferable skills in Maths and English, all while managing your own administrative tasks.

What Will You Bring to the Role?

We're seeking passionate individuals who have:

  • Recent experience in a supervisory or management role within Hotels
  • Extensive hands-on experience in a hotel environment, especially in areas like Reception, Front Office, Housekeeping
  • A knack for thriving in high-pressure situations while meeting targets and deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above, or equivalent key skills)
  • The ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications (But Not Essential):

  • NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or Hospitality Supervision
  • BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management
  • Experience in a Work-Based Learning or educational setting
