About the Job:The Assistant Management Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of intercompany accounts and CASS invoices, as well as assisting with monthly financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.

Duties will include:

  • Key off CASS invoices on UFS and resolve queries with operations.
  • Reconcile and process payments for Group suppliers monthly.
  • Manage foreign supplier payments and invoice posting.
  • Prepare month-end UFS reports and daily statistical reports.
  • Handle AR collections by sending monthly statements and liaising with clients for payment.
  • Attend finance meetings to ensure any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Process bacs payments for mid-month and month-end, and update bank statements.
  • Allocate receipts and payments, and input monthly exchange rates.

About the Successful Applicant:The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail, with experience handling large data sets. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance are essential. Experience in financial operations is advantageous.
