Both positions will involve working closely with senior members of the firm and leading audit and accounts assignments, providing support to clients, and developing team members. You will be part of an exciting phase of growth as the firm integrates new opportunities and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Regular direct communication with clients, handling queries, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
• Audit and Accounts Work: Responsible for managing audits, planning work schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of accounts and audits.
• Staff Development: Leading and training junior staff members, providing guidance during audits, and ensuring smooth workflows.
• Business Development: Actively involved in growing the client base, promoting services, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Professional Development: Attending CPD courses, maintaining ethical standards, and working towards career growth within the firm.

Ideal Candidates:

• Accounts and Audit Manager:
  • Experience in managing accounts and audits in an external audit role.
  • Good communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development.

The Client Base:

Primarily small and medium-sized enterprises, including Limited companies, LLPs, charities, and sole traders. Work will involve audits for large companies, subsidiaries, and a mix of accounts preparation.
