SHEQ Manager -Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all standards are being met across sites (Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport & Manchester Airport)
- Hold members of the team to account on each site
- Look at how they can improve the systems
- Perform audits, 9001 & 2200
- Be present for audits inspections as and when external auditors turn up.
- Report writing on anything found in audits and conduct route cause analysis and follow up with corrective actions
- Conduct investigations on customer complaints (e.g. foreign bodies in food and food poisoning)
- 2 years QHSE management experience
- Experience working in a FMCG or catering environment
- Worked in an environment where they have held either of the following standards, BCR OR 9001 & 2200
- Flexibility to be where needed and any time (they allow you to make the time up as and when but business needs come first)
