Accounts Assistant:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases
  • Carry out bank reconciliations and process invoices
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in daily tasks and duties
  • Comply with all company policies and regulations
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and practices
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
