Accounts / Admin Assistant

Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730

The role

Providing administrative support to the accounts team. Applicants should have the person specification below and be able to work well both  independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • General administration (filing, emails, recording data)
  • Sending statements and reminders
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks
  • Checking and processing information

Person Specification

  • Accounts administration experience – 1 year minimum
  • Sage 50 experience required
  • Freight Forwarding experience desirable
  • Organised, good communication skills, must have good telephone manner
  • Timekeeping, attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word essential
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn.  Professional.

Able to work in UK required with the ability to provide 5 years references (industry requirement)
