This is a lovely, broad administration role working for a friendly, busy office team. The position will suit an experienced administrator and will be to support managers and employees through a variety of tasks and ensure the efficient operation of the office
Your role will involve:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Timely issue of Policy Documents
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Developing and maintaining a filing system
- Issuing renewal quotes
- Assist New Business Development with social media administration
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
