This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our client, a school in the Slough area. This is an ongoing temporary role to start immediately.
9am - 3.30pm (term time only).
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Head Teacher and wider admin team is fully supported in all aspects of their work including confidential matters and managing the school's office, secretarial and administrative functions.
The key duties for this role include:
- Providing efficient administration and secretarial assistance.
- Diary management, including organising meetings and events.
- Booking appointments, receiving visitors, providing preparatory support and making travel arrangements.
- Keeping the main office informed and organise/distribute tasks coming into the office, ensuring it runs effectively and efficiently.
The key skills and requirements for this role include:
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent proof-reading skills.
- Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IT literate, with proficiency in MS Suite including Teams, and Sharepoint.
