Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Airfreight Import personfor a small busyFreight Forwarder. The company is based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Liaise / communicate closely with clients on all aspects of the import process
- Co-ordination with overseas agents.
- Complete customs clearances.
- Arrange deliveries.
- Liaise with airlines / handling agents.
- Preparation and processing of customer Invoicing.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:-
- Experience within an Air Imports.
- Customs entries experience
- Be able to communicate with customers and colleagues using all mediums.
- Knowledge of HMRC processes and procedures.
Ability to:-
- Work on own initiative.
- Handle customers and their queries.
- Be a team player.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
