Air Export Coordinator - 4 on 4 off (Nights)

Location: Slough, UK

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (19:00 - 07:00)

Salary: 36,000 - 38,000

From You:

• Previous experience in ocean export coordination or a similar logistics role.
• In-depth knowledge of ocean freight operations, documentation, and customs procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work nights (19:00 - 07:00) on a 4 on, 4 off shift rotation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and export-related software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all aspects of ocean export operations, ensuring shipments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Managing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and export declarations.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and efficient export processes.
• Handling all queries related to shipments and resolving any issues or delays promptly.
• Monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, shipping routes, and best practices.
