Hours of work: 7pm to 7am
We are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Air Export Coordinator to join our team for a 4 on 4 off night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the export of goods via air freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers

Main Duties:
- Coordinate and monitor air export shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Prepare and process shipping documentation in compliance with international regulations
- Communicate with carriers, agents, and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve any issues
- Track and report shipment status to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any shipment-related issues
- Continuously monitor and optimize export processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
- Previous experience in air export coordination or a similar logistics role
- Familiarity with air freight operations and international shipping regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including MS Office and logistics management platforms
- Knowledge of customs regulations and export compliance is a plus
