Duties:

  • Effectively manage service operations, supply information, and generate quotes for Air transportation
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all transportation channels.
  • Oversee the entire shipment process to ensure precise and timely bookings.
  • Expedite the processing of shipment information to prevent potential delays.
  • Communicate with customers to provide tailored quotations based on their specific needs.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of customs regulations, dangerous goods handling, and insurance procedures.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers, furnishing them with accurate information for swift import clearance in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify and report any impending claims, gathering necessary details for prompt and professional claims processing in line with company protocols.
  • Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Maintain precise documentation, records, and system updates to uphold data integrity.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in handling multiple modes of freight (Air, Ocean & Road).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the freight industry.
