We are seeking an experienced freight operations clerk with a background in imports and exports for freight forwarding.
Candidates should possess knowledge of customs entries and strong customer service skills.
The role involves linking inventory records, preparing sea imports, and sending relevant documents to customers.
Experience with CNS & DESTIN8 is required, along with the ability to handle shipments by air, road, and sea, including invoicing and billing.
The position offers a salary of $45,000 per year and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

NEW POSITION: We are recruiting for an EXPERIENCED freight operations clerk who has worked within imports & exports for freight forwarding.

You must have a knowledge of customs entries and strong customer service skills.

- Linking inventory records

- Preparing the sea imports and sendign relwvant docs to customer

Use of CNS & DESTIN8

You will be handling shipments by air, road and sea, invoicing & billing out, making bookings with airlines and handling agents and liaising with the warehouse.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm
