We are the staffing partner to a brilliant international transportation business specialising in the logistics planning for TV & film sets.
As a Logistics Compliance Administratoryou will be working as part of a team managing projects on behalf of TV & Film production companies planning international logistics for equipment, crew and celebrities across the globe
The successful Logistics Compliance Administrator Duties will involve:
- Assist with all logistics & vehicle related administration
- Maintain all accounts; TFL, autopay, DKV, dart charge
- Process all PCNs accurately & in a timely manner
- Complete all vital paperwork for vehicle & equipment sign off
- Manage, download & record all driver hours (tacho)
- Update and cleanse all diary, CRM systems
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks
- Undertake project work & other relevant duties as and when required

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Logistics Compliance Administrator
- At least 1 years’ experience providing administrative functions to a transport or fleet management company
- CURRENT/VALID DRIVING LICENCE
- Live within commutable distance to Slough
- Driven, organised and enthusiastic
