An Associate Architect is required for a well-established Architectural Practice based in Slough. The successful Associate Architect will primarily be working in the residential sector, covering a wide range of typologies within this sector. Projects are run from conception through to completion, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards which will be a key part of this role. Our client has a dedicated and professional team and the successful candidate will be an integral cog within the team.

Associate Architect Job Overview
- Work on a wide range of complex residential projects from inception to completion
- Take responsibility on fast paced projects
- Contribute to the development of the practice
- Liaise with the design team to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively
- Work collaboratively with other professionals
- Engage and build relationships with clients
- Help to resolve problems and issues that arise throughout construction
Associate Architect Job Requirements
- Live within a commutable distance to Slough
- ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
- Experience of working in the housing or residential sector - advantageous
- Highly motivated and good working ethic
- Experience with higher-risk buildings and relevant construction legislation
- Expertise in the RIBA plan of work
- Good experience / knowledge using NBS Chorus / Revit
- Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong team leadership abilities
