Designer Recruitment are seeking a Sales Administrator for a bespoke Kitchen Company in Buckinghamshire.
This is a permanent position paying up to £28,000 per annum + bonus.
Sales Administrator duties:
- Welcomingvisitors and being the first point of contact for anyone visiting the showroom
- Showing customers around the showroom, answering questions and delivering an excellent first impression
- Enthusing customers with what our clients haveto offer and explaining the process
- Lead taking Both over the phone and in the showroom is a key part of this role
- Managing sales leads and organising appointments for the designers
- ManagingLead Connector managing the database and remaining in control of appointment requests, customer enquires/questions and organising accordingly
- Handlinggeneral queries from customers & fitters
- Learning about new products
- Managing the companycalendar and emails
- Liaise with customers and fitters to ensure smooth running of fitting jobs
- Liaising with suppliers
- Filing invoices/paperwork away
- Entering new customer sales to Xero
- Checking over sales reports to make sure they are accurate
This role would suit someone who has worked in a showroom/retail environment previously.
Sales Administrator requirements:
- KBB or Retail showroom experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and Xero
- Customer service skills
- Well organised, proactive, excellent telephone manner
Working hours are 9:00 5:00 including 2 Saturdays to be worked a month, alternated. With a day off in the week.
Basic (£25-28k depending on experience) & commission on sales after probation period.
