What You Will Do:
- Ensure working safely and lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the shift and take action on non-conformities.
- Conduct testing of product samples to specification using approved test methods and equipment.
- Perform data entry, produce customer certificates of analysis, and generate reports.
- Provide basic training to colleagues on Quality & Product Safety topics.
- Cover three shift patterns, ensuring flexibility and dedication to maintaining quality.
What You Will Bring:
- GCSE Pass (Level 5 & above) in English & Maths.
- Preferred experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or scientific setting.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in word processing and email communication.
