Job: Accounts Payable Executive (Temporary)
Location: Slough
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Length: 3-4 months (potentially longer)
Our client in Slough is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to work within their busy team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of payments, direct debits and uploading payments to the bank
- Bank reconciliations
- Keeping track of price increases in key suppliers
- Assist both internal and external auditors with financial audits
- Help to negotiate best payment terms
- Meet month end closing
- Ensure bank reconciliations tie to payments
- Satisfy auditors that payments are authorised and checked against POs
- Maximise cashflow
