Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a well established business based in Slough who seek to hire an confident well established Accounts Payable Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving escalations on supplier accounts
- Clearing up the Aged Creditors to ensure all payments are allocated
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Working closely with the business to resolve PO non-compliance issues
- Recording and reporting for business Stats
- Other AP related activities eg. credit card payments and post
Required Skills:
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicator, able to build good relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving department
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work across time zones and work with globally diverse cultures
- Ability to work independently
Salary £25,000- £30,000 dependent upon experience.
