One of our client schools, rated "Good" by Ofsted (January 2017), is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join their team from Jan 2025.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on individual with prior experience in caretaking or property maintenance. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.

Working Hours:

20 hours per week (4 hours a day, 5 days a week), 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM & 3:30 PM -5:30 PM.

Working Pattern:

Term Time Only + Additional Days (to be agreed in advance)

  • Possesses excellent maintenance and DIY skills.
  • Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Has knowledge of health and safety procedures and practices.
  • Demonstrates effective time management and organisational skills.

  • Works with high levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
