About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mini Bus Driver/Caretaker to join our team at [School Name] in Slough. This dual-role position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s transportation and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Mini Bus Driver:
- Safely transport students to and from school, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness of the mini bus.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and school transportation policies.
- Assist students with boarding and alighting the bus as needed.

Caretaker:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs around the school premises.
- Ensure the school grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for school events.
- Respond to any maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Must hold a full UK driving license.
- Must be DBS cleared or willing to undergo a DBS check.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
