I am currently recruiting for a Local Authority who seek a seasoned Business Analyst for a large Target Operating Model Project (TOM).Requirements:- 2-3 times per week on site in Slough- Ideally an APMP or Prince2 qualification- Local Authority and Complex organisation background- Vast experience in facilitating new TOMOverview:The role will proactively work across the Council in implementing the key design principals of prevention and reduction of demand through customer/community enabling, automation of processes, improved access to services and information for customers, earliest possible resolution of customer enquiries and a streamlined & efficient approach with common technology, processes and roles.Supporting operational leads to develop end-to-end process reviews and redesign processes that lead to easier customer journeys; utilise technology to allow residents to "self-serve"; capture data that will help us improve services further; and drive out demonstrable and measurable efficiencies.
