Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques. Ability to gather and document requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst will be part of our clients dynamic Business Intelligence (BI) team. As a graduate in this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse data-driven projects, gaining valuable experience in analysing and visualising business data to drive informed decision-making and support our organisation's growth.

The Graduate BA will report to the Lead BI Analyst day to day but may be called upon as required to assist on fulfilling data requirements across project activities

Key measures for the role include high requirements accuracy, quality documentation, stakeholder/customer satisfaction, collaboration and communication, continuous learning and improvement and adaptability/flexibility with an overall focus on fast and effective delivery of enhancements to IT systems/services/applications change overall.
