About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving building maintenance company and make a significant impact on the business. You'll play a key role in managing and developing operations and service delivery, ensuring the highest standards across the South UK. Responsibilities:
- Managing existing client relationships and developing new client opportunities.
- Managing current supplier and contractor bases.
- Building and managing in-house mobile maintenance teams.
- Quoting and invoicing works.
- Ensuring timely completion of client works and cost-effective solutions.
- Utilizing current company processes and systems.
- Travelling across the south of the UK to various sites as required.
- Handling escalated issues and providing effective problem-solving solutions.
- Fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and teamwork within your team.
- Maintaining computer literacy to effectively utilise software and tools.
Requirements:* Experience in the maintenance/facility maintenance business is essential.
- Strong financial management skills and budgetary experience.
- Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel extensively when required.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Self-motivated individual.
- Highly organized.
- Effective proactive time management.
- Willingness to take ownership and lead by example.
