Position: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Colnbrook

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000pa

Shift: Mon - Fri / 45 hours weekly

About the Role:As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be integral to the smooth operation of Goldstar’s facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while managing building systems and maintenance. This role supports the Compliance and Security Manager and plays a key role in driving operational excellence across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related queries and service requests.
  • Oversee routine maintenance, repair schedules, and facility inspections.
  • Collaborate with contractors and service providers to meet compliance and safety standards.
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental policies in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Conduct site audits, manage assets, and compile meaningful reports for trend analysis.
  • Ensure environmental objectives are met by monitoring resource usage and leading sustainability initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous facilities management experience, preferably in a warehousing or transport setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent communication.
  • Attributes: A hands-on attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to customer-focused solutions.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance auditing, safety protocols, and environmental policies.
