Our client, a leader in its field, is looking for a personable Internal Sales Executive with a thirst for knowledge to join its successful and busy sales team based in Langley.
This role would suit someone either from a customer service or sales background, who is looking for a long-term career in an established company within a progressive and evolving industry.
- Salary - £27k - £35k per annum depending on experience. Plus commission scheme & benefits.
- 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Fully office based 9am - 6pm - Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day office support within a busy sales environment.
- Taking incoming calls; issuing quotations and samples; order processing and tracking; query and complaints handling.
- Being the primary contact for customers and providing pro-active support to the field sales team in developing sales.
Key skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including a friendly telephone manner.
- Telesales experience is desirable.
- Ability to develop strong product knowledge.
- Previous pro-active sales experience.
- Good attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a sales team structure.
- A flexible and motivated approach, with an enthusiastic and proactive outlook.
- The ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with partners, customers and colleagues.
