Our client, a leader in its field, is looking for a personable Internal Sales Executive with a thirst for knowledge to join its successful and busy sales team based in Langley.

This role would suit someone either from a customer service or sales background, who is looking for a long-term career in an established company within a progressive and evolving industry.

  • Salary - £27k - £35k per annum depending on experience. Plus commission scheme & benefits.
  • 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Fully office based 9am - 6pm - Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day office support within a busy sales environment.
  • Taking incoming calls; issuing quotations and samples; order processing and tracking; query and complaints handling.
  • Being the primary contact for customers and providing pro-active support to the field sales team in developing sales.

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including a friendly telephone manner.
  • Telesales experience is desirable.
  • Ability to develop strong product knowledge.
  • Previous pro-active sales experience.
  • Good attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a sales team structure.
  • A flexible and motivated approach, with an enthusiastic and proactive outlook.
  • The ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with partners, customers and colleagues.
