M4 Recruitment is looking for experienced HGV 2 Drivers for a position in Colnbrook.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Class 2 driving experience and a valid UK Class 2 (C+E) License.
The role involves early starts between 03:00-05:00am, with a minimum of 8 working hours per day from Monday to Friday.
Pay rates are competitive, with £17.33 for weekdays, £19.98 for weeknights, and £26.00 for overtime after 40 hours.
Applicants should have a clean driving record with no more than 6 points and must complete a Level D / Cargo Operative training.

M4 Recruitment is seeking experienced HGV 2 Drivers for our client in Colnbrook. This role is essential to ensuring efficient logistics and the timely transport of goods between depots and distribution centers.

Shift & Duties:

Hours: Early starts between 03:00-05:00am
Weekly Hours: 8 hours min a day
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Competitive Pay Rates:

Weekdays (08:00 - 19:00) - £17.33
Weeknights (19:00 - 08:00) - £19.98
Overtime £26.00 after working 40 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Trunking Operations: Safely complete assigned trunking routes, ensuring timely deliveries.
Vehicle Inspections: Conduct pre- and post-trip checks, reporting any defects.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including delivery notes and logbooks.
Communication: Keep the logistics team updated on delivery progress and any issues.
Professionalism: Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.

Requirements:

Valid UK Class 2 (C+E) License
Minimum 1 year of Class 2 driving experience
No more than 6 points on license
Clean DBS check
Level D / Cargo Operative training (can be completed online)
5-year employment history for background verification
