Vanta Staffing Are looking for Class 2 Drivers looking to join a leading healthcare logistics company based in Slough.
You'll be working Monday to Friday and will be paid £30,500.
Driving hours approx. 40 Hrs

Purpose of the role
To carry out duties within transport operations to a standard that satisfies quality expectations. To follow the procedures documented or briefed to ensure operations are completed. To adhere to statutory and company requirements for the Health & Safety of yourself and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating company vehicles providing appropriate licences and authorisations are current.
- Offloading and reloading of vehicles at customer’s premises and at the depot.
- Assist with warehouse personnel to ensure delivery runs are complete before loading.
- Show flexibility as you may be required to undertake deliveries in other areas within our distribution area.
- Carry out daily maintenance checks and ensure the cleanliness of your vehicle to present a professional image.
- Abide by statutory and legal requirements with relation to driver’s hours and tachograph regulations.
- Present tachographs for analysis as requested by Depot Management or statutory inspectors.
- Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Wear at all times such safety and company uniforms as provided.
- Be prepared to vary start times and shift patterns as required by the needs of the business.
- Carry out all reasonable requests by Depot Management.
Experience
- Previous multi-drop delivery operations practical experience
- Articulate, numerate and able to communicate effectively
- Possession of appropriate and current licenses with no more than 6 penalty points
- The physical ability to complete operational tasks
- Smart and personally well presented.
- Must have held a Class 2 (C) license and full UK drivers licence
