Key Responsibilities:- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met
- Assisting with menu planning and food cost control
- Managing kitchen operations efficiently during busy service times
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Adhering to all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Professional Cooking & Food Preparation
- Time Management & Multitasking
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene Regulations
- Creativity & Menu Development
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Teamwork & Leadership (if applicable)
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Previous experience as a Chef (Commis, CDP, Sous, or Head Chef level)
- Strong passion for food and a high standard of cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Food hygiene and safety certification (preferred)
