Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met
  • Assisting with menu planning and food cost control
  • Managing kitchen operations efficiently during busy service times
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Adhering to all health & safety and food hygiene regulations

About You:
  • Previous experience as a Chef (Commis, CDP, Sous, or Head Chef level)
  • Strong passion for food and a high standard of cooking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Food hygiene and safety certification (preferred)
