They have a growing reputation for offering high quality fresh seasonal menu along with a fantastic selection of great wines. The owner is very ambitious and is looking for a Head chef to drive this kitchen forward and who wants to push on and gain AA Rosettes.
What's involved?
Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in running a high quality fresh food Restaurant or dining Pub. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate your team. The role will involve training and developing the team and working with the General Manager and Owner to offer the best possible experience for all guests.
