Our client is a leading Traffic Management company who are looking to expand the business by taking on an experienced Business Development Manager. This position offers flexible working from your home base with autonomy to grow in established and / or new locations.

Salary to £80k | Highly Attractive Performance Bonus | Flexible Working | Company Car or Allowance | 28 days holiday

Key Essentials:

* You will be responsible for ongoing development and success to provide traffic management solutions to a wide range of clients including highway agencies, utilities, local authorities and events companies

* Providing a detailed understanding of the services provided including initial site audits, TM plans, traffic lights systems, road / lane closures and diversions

* You will have a role that is tender driven in nature. Therefore, sales cycles in this position can be lengthy, so the ability to manage accounts effectively is imperative

* Able to hit the ground running with established contacts and effective with managing your own workload efficiently, regularly reporting back to directors on progress and potential leads

Requirements:

* A strong Traffic Management business development background with a proven success of winning contracts and developing contacts

* Outgoing with excellent communication and presentation skills andthe ability to form long term relationships with decision makers at all levels
