We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a fast-growing fragrance wholesale business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication.
  • Understand customer needs, buying patterns, and market trends to tailor offers effectively.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, maximise profitability, and hit sales targets.
  • Analyse sales data to set competitive, profitable pricing and optimise inventory turnover.
  • Process sales orders with accuracy, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and drive new business acquisitions.
What We're Looking For:
  • B2B Sales and Account Management experience (preferably in FMCG or wholesale).
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; knowledge of SAGE is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and growth.
  • RTW in the UK.
