We are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven by sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales orientation, aiming to ensure the best value deals for our clients while securing maximum revenue.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide suitable vehicle options and finance products to match their requirements.
  • Maximise a mixed portfolio of both existing and new business to achieve revenue-based sales KPIs.
  • Build rapport and develop relationships while maintaining a professional telephone manner to grow existing pipelines.
  • Abide by FCA regulatory rules to ensure all customers are treated fairly.
  • Identify upsell potential by selling and adding benefits such as maintenance, charging points, and additional vehicle options.
  • Organise and prioritise your day to ensure all customers’ needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with both finance providers and dealers to negotiate the best deal for all clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive leasing is highly advantageous.
  • Natural and successful salesperson with a strong and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent probing skills to understand customers’ needs.
  • Well-developed sales ethos and excellent attention to detail in managing all necessary administration elements, order details, finances, delivery, and other timescales.
  • Ability to juggle priorities while maintaining a level of premium customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in operations and procurement.
