Key Responsibilities of the Civil Engineer
- Project Support:Assist in managing infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Design Work:Carry out detailed civil engineering design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, contractors, and environmental specialists.
- Quality Assurance:Maintain high engineering standards and ensure all project deliverables meet safety regulations and industry standards.
- Innovation:Stay updated with advancements in rail engineering and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and sustainability.
What Were Looking For:
- ACivil Engineerwith a minimum of2 years of experiencein civil engineering, specifically within the rail or water sector.
- Design experience is essential candidates must have a strong background in civil engineering design.
- Proficiency inAutoCAD Civil 3Dis required, withMicroStationexperience being an advantage.
- Chartered and non-chartered applications are accepted.
- Must have full UK working rights.
- Musthold a valid UK driving licenceand own a car for site visits.
