Job Title: Asbestos SurveyorLocation: Slough, BerkshireSalary/Benefits: £28k - £40k + Training & BenefitsWe are seeking an Asbestos Surveyor for our well-established and successful Client. Interested applicants will be required to hold experience undertaking Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys, working a mixed portfolio of sites. The role requires candidates to liaise directly with Clients whilst on-site, so candidates with a professional and approachable manner would be well suited. Our Client can offer fantastic basic salaries and a package of enticing benefits.Contracts cover the M25 area and South East, including: Slough, Bracknell, Wembley, Harrow, Watford, Enfield, Kingston upon Thames, Sutton, Epsom, Woking, Guildford, Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Ilford, Romford, Billericay, Basildon, Harlow, St Albans, Chelmsford, Bishop's Stortford, Luton.Experience / Qualifications:- Must have experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, working for a UKAS accredited outfit- Candidates will be required to hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent- Strong industry technical knowledge, including UKAS and HSE guidelines- Proficient with IT applicationsThe Role:- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys across Client sites- Writing and compiling detailed asbestos survey reports and providing technical advice directly to Clients- Producing thorough schematic drawings- Travelling to a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including Domestic, Commercial and IndustrialAlternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Environmental ConsultantFuture Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
