We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our central Administration team as an Customer Service Administrator.

Role Overview:

This is a Customer Service and Administration position, which will involve daily communications with our customers and suppliers, and administration of the internal finance and proposal system.

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who is able to provide effortless customer service of the highest level, whilst organising and logging their daily tasks through impeccable admin.

Administrator Daily duties:

  • Responding to all customer and supplier requests in a super-efficient and professional manner. We are well known for our impeccable customer service and efficiency.
  • Providing support to the ordering team, helping to process and schedule orders and deliveries of goods
  • Support the sales team with sales administration such as obtaining quotes from suppliers, maintaining pricelists, building proposals,.
  • Supporting the finance team with the chasing of invoices and the logging of payments in our finance system.
  • Being part of the aftersales repairs team, helping to book in and oversee repairs from start to completion, whilst communicating with the customer every step of the way
  • Managing and logging all customer and supplier engagements on our CRM system
  • General administrative duties

Desired skills and personal qualities required for the perfect Administrator:

  • Minimum of 3 years B2B administration or customer service experience
  • Experience of working with the education sector is beneficial but not essential
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced role where multi-tasking and impeccable attention to detail is essential
  • Self-motivated and pro-active.
  • Self-starter. Training is provided, but there will be times when we expect initiative to used to research, learn and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication written and verbal
  • Fast learner and able to quickly adapt to new IT systems.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive can-do attitude, is absolutely essential.
