Overview
We are looking for a talented CNC Mill/Turn Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak mill/turn machines using the Mazatrol control system. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to the production of high-quality precision components.

Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate Mazak mill/turn machines with Mazatrol control system
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Select and install cutting tools, as well as adjust tool offsets and program parameters
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain production efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC mill/turn machines, specifically Mazak with Mazatrol control system
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong understanding of cutting tools, tool offsets, and programming parameters
  • Ability to perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Rate and Hours
The rate for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time role with standard working hours, with the potential for overtime as needed.
