As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning, servicing, and support of BMS systems, with a strong focus on Schneider Electric systems (such as EcoStruxure, TAC Vista, or Continuum). You’ll work closely with clients to deliver high-quality technical support, system diagnostics, and ensure optimal performance of installed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault finding on BMS systems.
- Commission and configure Schneider-based BMS systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Produce service reports, documentation, and system updates.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers on system upgrades and retrofits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), particularly Schneider Electric platforms.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls and system integration.
- Strong fault-finding and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Full UK driving licence (or local equivalent).
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering, automation, or controls (HNC/HND or similar preferred).
