As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning, servicing, and support of BMS systems, with a strong focus on Schneider Electric systems (such as EcoStruxure, TAC Vista, or Continuum). You’ll work closely with clients to deliver high-quality technical support, system diagnostics, and ensure optimal performance of installed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault finding on BMS systems.
  • Commission and configure Schneider-based BMS systems.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
  • Produce service reports, documentation, and system updates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other engineers on system upgrades and retrofits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), particularly Schneider Electric platforms.
  • Knowledge of HVAC controls and system integration.
  • Strong fault-finding and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence (or local equivalent).
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering, automation, or controls (HNC/HND or similar preferred).
