Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of system/maintenance engineers and technicians. This role is critical in maintaining the engineering infrastructure at a major Southern Hub & Service Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of equipment availability in an environment of tight time and cost control. The ideal candidate for this Engineering Manager position brings a wealth of experience in engineering management within parcel handling or FMCG/manufacturing. You are technically competent in all aspects of relevant automation, with good knowledge of current legislation and maintenance best practice.
