Job Title:                            Corporate Credit Graduate Trainee

PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to help a graduate with the right academic background develop in the field of Corporate Credit Management. Our new colleague will add value to the Corporate Credit department from Day One.

Initially there will be focussed activities, guided by a Credit Manager. We expect the incumbent to progress to the point where they can conduct credit reviews, make credit decisions, and ultimately gain an underwriting mandate to approve customer credit limits.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Good oral and written communicator.
  • Highly numerate
  • Self-motivated, energetic and innovative.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to understand and interpret financial statements. (Required)
  • Relevant qualification (degree, diploma, banking qualification)
  • MS Office, especially Excel.
