About the Role: As a Customer Service Executive/Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly front-of-house experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has great attention to detail, and thrives in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the reception area, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.- Handling day-to-day front-of-house duties and customer liaison.- Answering the switchboard and logging information into the database.- Operating office equipment, including phones, computers, and photocopiers.- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.- Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.- Preparing meeting and conference rooms and managing diaries.- Responding to queries via phone and email in a professional manner.- Assisting with maintenance coordination and Health & Safety procedures.- Keeping the reception and common areas clean, tidy, and well-presented.- Getting involved in marketing and event coordination as needed.

About You: We're looking for an organised and proactive individual with the following qualities:

- A positive, people-orientated attitude with excellent customer service skills.- A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.- Previous experience in a customer-focused role (hospitality, retail, or office-based reception).- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- The ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities.
