Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic and growing organisation. This role involves both telephone and email communication, so strong articulation and written skills are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally via phone and email.Generate and provide quotations to customers.Book and manage inbound/outbound collections.Liaise with internal teams and international offices to ensure service KPIs are met.Monitor shipments for compliance and update customers on restrictions.Ensure status updates and proof of delivery (PODs) are accurately recorded.Prepare collection notes for the operations team.Carry out additional administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:Previous customer service experience (desirable but not essential - full training provided).Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and prioritise tasks.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to grow within the organisation.
