Customer Service Advisors!  £23,000 - £28,000 per annum

Reed Slough are receiving a high demand for experienced Customer Service Advisors living in Slough and the surrounding areas.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional and friendly service via phone, email, and live chat. Your main goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their issues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information.
