- Location: Colnbrook, UK
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08.30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Salary: Circa. £30,000 per annum for the right person
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to pet exports.
- Coordinate the logistics of exporting pets, ensuring all paperwork and processes are handled efficiently.
- Occasionally drive the company van to drop off pets at Heathrow Airport.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
- A genuine love for animals and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid car license, with the ability to drive the small company van as rarely needed.
- No prior air freight experience required; full training will be provided.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
